Dane DeHaan and Daniel Radcliffe are featured in close-up on the first poster released for Sundance hit “Kill Your Darlings”, which is now heading into the fall festival circuit ahead of its October release date.
We saw a 30 second teaser from the film earlier this month, featuring Daniel Radcliffe as a young, not yet iconic Allen Ginsberg as he enrolls at Columbia University. There were brief glimpses of Ben Foster as William Burroughs but more focus was on Michael C. Hall as David Kammerer and DeHaan’s Lucien Carr, two lesser known historical players who had nonetheless a huge hand in bringing in ushering in the age of Ginsberg, Burroughs and Jack Kerouac (played here by Jack Huston).
“Kill Your Darlings”, directed by John Krokidas, was picked up by Sony Pictures Classics out of Sundance in January, and has been set for an October 18th release, with a stopover at the Venice Film Festival first next month. See the first poster below.
